Dear Kirk and Twila,

I recently decided to update the countertops and tile in my 20 year old kitchen. Not being a pro at this, it was hard for me to envision just what things would look like when they were all
put together.

At your establishment, you had some stations set up where there were different  cabinet doors on each side. On top of
them were rotating granite tops, and on top of that, rotating backsplashes. It gave me, the naïve consumer, a wonderful
way to help me decide just what I thought would look best
with the cabinets I had. It gave me so many combinations and helped me rule out what really did not look good, and made it easier for me to choose just what countertop and tile would
look best for my taste.

Actually, besides the fact that your team was very professional and courteous to work with, I would say that this wonderful concept really was the deciding factor in who I hired to do the work.

I have already directed two other customers to you because of this concept, and your great staff. Keep up the good work! And thank you!
